Return and Exchange

Return Policy:

  • Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions for returns:
    • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
    • A package opening video is mandatory to initiate the return process.
    • Shipping and return fees apply for international orders.
    • For Indian orders, the first return is free.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Visit your order page and initiate the return process.
  2. Select the item(s) and schedule a pickup.
  3. Pack the item securely, ensuring all return conditions are met.
  4. A one-time pickup attempt will be provided.

Unsuccessful Pickup:

If the pickup attempt fails, you must arrange the return shipping at your own cost.

Exclusions from Returns:

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items: These are sold "as-is," may have imperfections, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy:

  • Shipping charges apply for all exchanges and are calculated at checkout based on location.
  • Exchanges for Indian orders are free.
